Workshop in collaboration with Adrien Rovero for the School of Design of the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM)

During this one-week workshop, we literally transformed the classrooms into a candy factory to design moulded chocolate objects! The objective was to create gourmet items that exploit the qualities of this production process, which allows simple or complex shapes to be made without gluing or welding, and finds applications in many sectors of industry, and opportunely confectionery.

Students: Catherine Allard, Yannick Bédard, Justine Bouliane-Gagnon, Philippe Côté, Athena Gagnon, Alexandra Helie, Jules Jean-Bressani, Jean-Christophe Lainesse, Veronik Langlois, Vincent Le Sauteur, Arianne Malouin, Gabriel Mendoza, Elisabeth Meunier, Ariane Migneault-Lecavalier, Veda Papineau, Humberto Perez-Gagnon, Lea Primiano, David Raymond, Manon Ruppli, Chantal Beatriz Shahin-Cajas, Michelle Takamori and Maroussia Zimmer.

Many thanks to Maison Cailler of Broc, Switzerland, for the delicious chocolate and its team of seasoned chocolatiers for their precious guidance and tips in making possible this sweet workshop.
